The service

R2 Contests runs sales contests for an office: contest setup, standings computed from the office's uploads, screens for reps' phones and the sales-floor TV, and the admin screens that manage them. Features improve over time; a capability an office depends on is not removed without notice and a path forward.

Accounts

Manager accounts are created for authorized office staff through the R2 hub. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what you publish. Removing a person from the office's team on the hub ends their access here.

Your data

The office owns its contest data, uploads, and standings. R2 Roadmap LLC processes them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and returns them in full within thirty days of termination.

Billing and cancellation

R2 Contests is billed by the R2 hub on the office's single invoice, with a platform fee per office and a seat per active rep as listed on the buy page. The first contest is free. Cancel from the hub's billing page; access runs to the end of the paid period.

Prizes and results

Prizes are the office's own program. Official contest results, prizes, and qualification decisions are made by the office's sales management, not by this service.

Acceptable use

Upload only data your office is entitled to use. Do not attempt to read another organization's data, probe the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

R2 Roadmap LLC provides the service with reasonable skill and care and does not guarantee any sales result. Its total liability is limited to the fees the office paid in the twelve months before a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
