R2 Contests is a product of R2 Roadmap LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. An office buys it through the R2 hub at app.r2roadmap.com and runs its contests here. This policy explains what R2 Contests holds, why, who can see it, and what we will never do with it.
Who this covers
Office staff (owners, administrators, leaders, and managers) who sign in through the R2 hub or here. Reps whose names appear on standings. Visitors who read this website or an office's public standings.
What we collect
- Office staff: name, work email, role, the organization and office you belong to, your login credentials (stored hashed), and the actions you take on the admin screens.
- Contest data: contest names, rules, prizes, teams, and the per-rep numbers an office uploads from its own scorecard or spreadsheet. Uploaded files are kept in private storage for the office that uploaded them.
- Standings: rep names, ranks, team names, and scores, computed from those uploads.
- Billing: nothing here. The R2 hub bills the office; card numbers are entered with our payment processor and never touch these servers.
- Visitors: standard server logs.
What is public
Only standings for contests a manager has published: names, ranks, team names, and contest scores, on the office's own page. Raw uploaded files, rep contact details, and admin screens are never public.
How we use it
To run the contests an office set up, to draw the standings, to sign people in from the R2 hub, to send the emails an office asks for (a set-password link, an upload reminder), and to support the office. Contest text you describe to the coach is sent to an AI model provider to draft the contest and is not used to train models. Nothing is sold, shared outside the providers that run the service, or used to market to anyone.
Who can see it
Your office's managers see your office. Each organization is isolated in the database, and the rules are enforced there, not only on the screen. R2 Roadmap LLC staff with a recorded support grant can open an office's screens to help. Providers that run the service (database, hosting, email, the AI model) process data only to provide it, in United States regions.
How long we keep it
For as long as the office subscribes. When an office leaves, it receives a full export within thirty days and the data is deleted after the export is confirmed, except records required for billing or law.
Your choices
Ask your office's manager to correct or remove a name from a contest. Write to Support@R2Roadmap.com for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information; we forward the request to the office that controls it within two business days and help it respond.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
